Refund policy

 

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

ELEVEN Australia can only issue refunds and exchanges for items purchased on na.elevenaustralia.com. Product purchased from our salon partners should be returned to the salon per their returns and exchanges policy.

ELEVEN Australia can only cancel orders or apply order adjustments within 1 Hour of your original purchase.

If you have any other issues with your order, please contact us and we can look into this further and where appropriate will provide a refund or exchange. In the event that a refund is agreed, ELEVEN Australia will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days.
