ELEVEN Australia Innovation Survey Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The ELEVEN Australia Innovation Survey Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ELEVEN Australia North America Inc., with offices located at 5470 Kietzke Lane, Suite 300, Reno, NV 89511 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to participate or win.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, regardless of method, during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Method 1 — Online Survey Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the survey link provided in the invitation email from ELEVEN Australia and complete the Innovation Survey in its entirety. Upon completion, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.

Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry / AMOE)

To enter without completing the survey, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 25, 2026 and received by June 1, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prizes

A total of eleven (11) prizes will be awarded:

Total ARV of all prizes: $600.00 USD.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions found at elevenaustralia.com and have no cash value. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or before May 30, 2026, eleven (11) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the date of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the response period, return of notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Failure to return these documents within the required time will result in disqualification.

Digital gift cards will be issued via email to the address provided by the winner within fourteen (14) calendar days after winner confirmation.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related thereto.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, printing, or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if, in Sponsor's sole opinion, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as specified due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at elevenaustralia.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

Survey responses will be used internally by Sponsor for product development and research purposes. Entry information (name, email address) will be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes, including winner notification and prize fulfillment.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, or consent.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Washoe County, Nevada.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.
